Exchanges Only – No Refunds

Please note that we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed. We only offer exchanges under specific conditions.


Exchange Eligibility

We only offer exchanges if:

▪︎ You received the wrong item, size, or variant

 

Exchange Requirements

To qualify for an exchange:

▪︎ You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order

▪︎ The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition


Exchange Process

Once your exchange request is approved:

We will provide return instructions

A replacement item will be sent once the returned product has been received.
